First off, I feel my work came out great for my first pastel piece. The form of the dock is very similar to the picture.. Also, the sun set came out pretty similar as well with the yellow on the outside of the .The value of blue and white in the clouds and the sky is similar as well. Although, I think should've added more dark blue in the sky, because the value would've been a lot more similar. Another thing is my texture of brown I mixed with red and black out came great and gave the structure emphasis. In conclusion, my art came out good for my first time, but for next time I will focus on my picture, and try to make my art look more similar.
